Dear NUTS members,
On Tuesday the 8th of November, we will have our first General Members Assembly!
If you don’t know what a GMA is:
A general members assembly is a central decision making body of an association. Every member can add points to the agenda of the GMA, so anything you would want to change about the association. This new proposal then has to be approved by the rest of the members to become an official rule. It is very important to be present during the GMA, since crucial decisions about the association will be made.
The agenda will be added to the event through a Dropbox link (see Facebook event) as well as the Dutch and the English statutes. Please read them carefully as we will be talking about them at this meeting.
