On Thursday the 11th of May, we will have our second General Members Assembly!
If you don’t know what a GMA is:
A general members assembly is a central decision making body of an association. Every member can add points to the agenda of the GMA, so anything you would want to change about the association. This new proposal then has to be approved by the rest of the members to become an official rule. It is very important to be present during the GMA, since crucial decisions about the association will be made.
The agenda will be added to the event through a Dropbox link as well as all the other important documents such as the statutes and the code of conduct. Please read them carefully as we will be talking about them at this meeting.
If you want to add something to the agenda, or make a remark on the documents, please send an email to: email@example.com before Thursday the 4th of May.
The location of the GMA is room 1315.0049 in The Harmony Building!
