Dear NUTS members,
On Monday the 8th of October, we will have our first General Members Assembly of the new academic year!
If you don’t know what a GMA is:
A general members assembly is a central decision making body of an association. Every member can add points to the agenda of the GMA, so anything you would want to change about the association. This new proposal then has to be approved by the rest of the members to become an official rule. It is very important to be present during the GMA, since crucial decisions about the association will be made. During this GMA, the 2018/2019 board and committees will be installed.
The agenda will be added to the event through a Dropbox link as well as all the other important documents such as the statutes and the code of conduct. Please read them carefully as we will be talking about them at this meeting. You can find the link in your mail or in the Facebook event. If you haven’t received anything, please let us know!
If you want to add something to the agenda, or make a remark on the documents, please send an email to: email@example.com before Monday the 1st of October.
The location of the GMA is room 1312.0030 in The Harmony Building!
