The board of NUTS strives to maintain a safe & inclusive social environment. To achieve this, we have appointed Ruben Feddes, Maliya Tadjine, and Pierre Bentz to the role of Confidential Contact Persons.
By emailing one of them, you can report any issue or incident that you experience at a NUTS event or because of a fellow NUTS member. You can report issues anonymously, or request to meet with a CCP in person. Everything you report to a CCP will be fully confidential, unless you consent to your issue being taken further.
Ruben and Maliya, as our internal CCP, should be your first point of contact. Pierre, the external CCP, is who you should go to for any issues specifically surrounding a board member, or in case you feel more comfortable talking to someone who is not a member of the association.
Whether you need to resolve an issue, get advice, or just vent, they are ready and here to help!
